The Mamba AES/EBU to ADAT converter is a new line of product from NetworkSound. The Mamba AES_ADAT unit can convert 16 channels of AES/EBU to industry standard ADAT & vice versa. The digital format conversion is done in HW at wirespeed (less than 80 microsec latency). Every bit of digital audio is guaranteed thru Mamba. The unit can operate in 48/44.1kHz / 24 bits in slave mode (EXT WC IN) and 48K in Master mode. The AES/EBU in and outs are available via industry standard Yamaha DB25 pin out. The ADAT uses light pipe connectors and TosLink cables. You can
also get Mamba AES DB25 patch bays if you need easy plug in/out.
